Donors Choose and Chevron
For the month of October, go to Chevron every time you fill up gas. If you do, a portion of your purchase goes towards education. With this money, Chevron Fuel your School program funds all projects that are $1,000 or less on Donors Choose. They will donate up until they've reached their max. So fill up your gas at Chevron and submit a project!

We encourage our users to share their feedback and suggestions with us to help us improve and grow our educational service. We are here to help! The best way to get started with your VocabularySpellingCity membership is to save lists through List Management. Saved lists will appear directly on your homepage, making them easily accessible for your students. The following features are available to free members: Spelling Test allows students to take a spelling test online. Each spelling word is read aloud, used in a context-rich sentence, and then read a second time. After finishing a test, students receive immediate feedback and can print a certificate or test report. Teach Me spells and displays the word in ways that stimulate memory for visual and auditory learners. Each word is read aloud, spelled letter-by-letter, and used in a context-rich sentence. Play a Game uses your word list in a variety of educational games and activities. We also offer a wide range of Teacher Training Videos. We encourage you to send our Welcome Letter also available in Spanish home with your students to introduce parents to the site and let them know that they can use VocabularySpellingCity at home as well as in school. VocabularySpellingCity has proven to be a valuable learning tool for students over the past few years, and what better way to help someone learn than introducing them to a fun free resource.
